Ongwen case: ICC Trial Chamber IX to deliver verdict in January

The International Criminal Court will deliver its judgment on the conviction or acquittal of former rebel leader Dominic Ongwen in January next year. Ongwen is accused of committing 70 counts of war crimes and crimes against humanity allegedly committed in northern Uganda under the Lord’s Resistance Army group.
